- Primero. Remitir, por intermedio de Secretaria General, el expediente de la referencia al Juzgado 5deg Civil Municipal de Villavicencio para que ejerciendo sus competencias constitucionales y legales, resuelva la accion de tutela de Juan Carlos Agudelo Tarazona contra la Alcaldia y la Secretaria de Transito y Transporte de Villavicencio, el Coordinador de la Septima Regional de Policia de Carreteras y la agente Francy Vargas, Grado Intendente.
- Segundo. Comunicar, por medio de Secretaria General, la presente sentencia al Consejo Seccional de la Judicatura del Meta y al Juzgado 2deg Civil del Circuito de Villavicencio, con el fin de que tengan conocimiento sobre lo aqui resuelto por la Corte Constitucional. Para el efecto se remitira copia de la presente providencia.
